Double lumen needle, the first for oocyte aspiration (6) and the second for follicular lavage (4), consisting of:
- echogenic tip with atraumatic sharpening (1);
- an internal needle lumen (2) for oocyte aspiration continues through a blued tube (6) that protects the oocyte from UV radiation;
- a medical thermoplastic rubber cap (7) that connects to the test tube;
- a Y-connector (3), which also serves as a handle, connects the needle to the suction and flushing hoses (fitted with 2 universal fittings);
- a 100 cm long transparent material tube (4) for follicular washing ends with a tap (5). The washing is done through the external lumen of the needle.
- a hose clamp (10) which regulates the follicular suction.
The connection to the suction pump is available via a luer lock (8).
