Ready-to-use kit designed to perform the complete procedure for insertion, positioning and subsequent removal of the intrauterine device (IUD).
The kit may include:
- a hysterometer (uterine sound) (RAMISTER) for measuring uterine depth;
- a Pozzi-Palmer forceps (TIRAPALLE) tograsp and stabilize the cervix;
- Kelly forceps (KELLY) to insert and correctly position the IUD;
- long plastic scissors (U-CUT) for cutting the IUD threads once the device has been positioned in the uterus.
