Indicated in the presence of a cervical canal with normal permeability.
The catheter consists of:
- a rigid proximal portion (2);
- a soft, flexible distal portion (3) with an ultrasound-guided tapered tip (4) allowing for ultrasound-guided insertion
- Marking on the catheter at 5, 6 and 7 cm from the distal end for correct positioning in the uterine cavity.
- A luer lock fitting (1) serves as a handle and allows secure attachment to the syringe
