For injecting saline solution in sonohysterography procedures.
The device consists of:
- a transparent centimetric catheter (1) for easy positioning. The blue radiopaque line makes it ultrasound visible;
- a soft tip with a side hole (2);
- a conical stopper (3) made of soft plastic material that ensures its hold on the cervix;
- a rigid introducer (4) that facilitates insertion into the cervix;
- female luer lock connector (5) for syringe connection;
- mandrel (6) for easy access into the uterine cavity.
