Hyperoil^®

Hyperoil^® is a line of Class IIb plant-based medical devices, designed to support tissue regeneration and skin repair in cases of acute or chronic wounds, even when infected. Thanks to its protective barrier effect, Hyperoil^® creates an optimal environment for secondary intention healing, typical of complex and deep wounds.

This line of interactive dressings helps prevent bacterial infections, promote the regeneration of damaged tissues, and stimulate fibrinolytic activity and the wound debridement process.

Its therapeutic properties derive from the combination of ingredients: Neem and St. John’s Wort, known for centuries for their beneficial effects.

Neem (Azadirachta indica) is an evergreen tree native to India and Burma, referred to by the UN as the "tree of the 21st century" for its exceptional therapeutic qualities. Used for millennia in Ayurvedic medicine, it is known in India as the "village pharmacy". In Hyperoil^®, Neem provides natural antiseptic activity, broad-spectrum antimicrobial effects, and soothing anti-inflammatory action.

St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a medicinal plant with golden-yellow flowers, traditionally used for its regenerative, healing and soothing properties. In the Middle Ages, it was believed to offer special protection to knights, so much so that its use under armor was prohibited during tournaments. The oily extract of St. John’s Wort, obtained by macerating the flowering tops in vegetable oils, was traditionally used to treat nursing cracks, promote healing of minor burns, and soothe skin inflammations and irritations.

The Hyperoil^® range is divided into two specific lines, designed to adapt to different types of wounds and optimize treatment based on the complexity of the clinical case:
Complex Lesions Line: indicated for chronic ulcers, infected wounds, necrotic lesions, pressure injuries, and second-degree burns. These formulations and formats are developed to support deep debridement, exudate management, and tissue regeneration stimulation.
Simple Lesions Line: designed for wounds, cuts, abrasions, fissures, hemorrhoids, eczema, scrapes, superficial burns, and minor post-operative wounds. Provides effective support for fast healing, antimicrobial protection, and maintenance of a moist microenvironment.

Both lines leverage the synergistic properties of Neem and St. John’s Wort, with various application solutions (gel, oil, gauze) tailored to the type and condition of the lesion, whether in a hospital or home care setting.
