Among the most commonly used consumables are disposable slides for collecting and analysing cell samples for laboratory examinations. Laboratory microscope slides are the ideal support surface for the sample to be examined under the microscope; they are resistant to heat and chemicals; they measure 25×75 mm, have non-cutting edges and a sandblasted surface, which makes it easier to write the references of the collected sample. They are sold in packs of 50 non-sterile pieces. In addition to the slides, RI.MOS. supplies a polypropylene container with a practical and secure closure system. The container has two slots to facilitate storage and transport of the laboratory slides.
