The Company was founded in 1985 under the name RAM, as the world's first manufacturer of disposable multi-injectors for mesotherapy. In 1988, the name changed to RI.MOS., a brand recognized in Italy and abroad in the fields of mesotherapy and gynecology disposables, respectively under the brands MESORAM and GINRAM. In 1999, RI.MOS. began to develop new disposable products for assisted fertilization under the FERTIRAM brand. In 2000, RI.MOS. acquired PAIS, an Italian company specialized in designing and manufacturing metal needles and reusable cannulas. In 2005, the Company introduced a new range of products under the AGORAM brand, which includes disposable needles for soft and hard tissue biopsy. In the same year, it acquired the patent license for a plant-based product for veterinary and human use that eases tissue regeneration. In 2008, the product obtained CE certification as Medical Device Class IIb. In 2009, the vet line entered national market under the brand HYPERMIX and international market under the brand –HYPERMIXVET, then standardized in HYPERMIX in 2019. In 2010, the human line entered the national market under the brand HOLOIL –and international market under the brand HYPEROIL. Following their success, in 2013, the HOLOIL SYSTEM brand was created, gathering all plant-based products (medical devices and cosmetics) manufactured by RI.MOS.. H3 gel (launched in 2017), MYKUTIS (a polylactic acid scaffold functionalized with Hyperoil launched in 2018), PURO H (a range of vegetal based soaps launched in 2019 that marks the entry of RI.MOS. in functional cosmetics) are the novelties that enriched the HOLOIL SYSTEM family. The company successfully continues to export to over 90 countries around the world. Domestic market is made of retailers and local dealers organized in a capillary network. Export quota is 51% of the total turnover with sales managed through distributors located in over 90 countries.
