ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
This accessibility statement has been drawn up in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, and relates to the website www.rimos.com, which is a digital platform offering information services mainly to healthcare professionals relating to the digital services and products provided by RI.MOS. s.r.l..
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, our company is committed to making its website fully accessible as soon as possible, and in any case by June 28, 2030, as required by the Transitional and Final Provisions (Article 25, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022).
Accessibility Officer
This website, first published on July 29, 2024, has not undergone any substantial changes since June 28, 2025.
Therefore, the obligation to comply by June 28, 2025, with the requirements set out by Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament (European Accessibility Act – EAA) and the relevant implementing legislation does not apply.
We are committed to taking specific action as soon as possible to resolve any issues that may make our website even partially inaccessible.
Our main objective is to correct errors and improve aspects that currently make the website inaccessible to all. To this end, we will implement the following actions:
- adding labels to form fields to ensure accessibility for users with visual impairments who use assistive technologies when completing forms;
- increasing the contrast between text color and background to a ratio of 4.5:1 (3:1 for bold text);
- implementing clear focus highlighting for the sub-items of the main menu;
- associating each image with a short text description illustrating its content to ensure accessibility even for visually impaired users who use assistive technologies to read images.
We are actively implementing the improvements indicated and aim to achieve full compliance with the accessibility requirements set out by the EAA and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level A and AA, by June 28, 2030.
