For atraumatic oocyte aspiration in IVF procedures. Double lumen, double-way needle, one way for oocyte aspiration (6), second way for follicle flushing (4). Echogenic tip with atraumatic bevel (1).Oocyte aspiration is performed through a blue-colored plastic tubing set protecting the oocyte from UV rays. The aspiration tubing set ends in a thermoplastic rubber bung (7) that is securely connected to the test tube. Needle finger grip consists of a Y connector (3) provided with 2 universal adapters that make the needle extremely versatile. Follicle flushing is performed through a plastic tubing set 100 cm long (4) ending in a stopcock (5) and passing through the outer lumen of the needle. Oocyte aspiration is controlled by a tubing clamp (11). Suction pump connection is made through an extension tubing 80 cm long, ending in a  luer-lock adapter (9); this version is supplied with an additional universal (10) adapter allowing multiple connections. Beta irradiated to eliminate any risk of toxicity from EtO residual contamination. DOUBLECYTE-N is MEA (mouse embryo assay) and LAL (endotoxin) tested.
