  1. Purpose of the processing

Storage limitation principle: the data are kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89 (1) subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by this Regulation in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  2. The principle of integrity and confidentiality: The data are processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.
  3. Place of processing
    The data are processed and stored at the company's registered offices and business premises at Via Manuzio, 15 - 41037 Mirandola (MO).

    The data provided by the user will be kept by the Data Controller and by the Data Processors for the time strictly necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes indicated or for the period imposed by the current provisions in civil and tax matters. In any case, the user shall have the opportunity to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time, as described above.
  2. Updates
