RI.MOS. designs, manufactures and sells standard or custom-made metal products, and is a qualified supplier of companies in the health care (dental, pharmaceutical, medical, laboratory instrument and veterinary industries) and industrial business (aerospace, automotive, ceramic, electronic, jewellery / costume jewellery, motorbike and eyewear).

Employed raw materials are mainly AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable also for medical products, and OT58 brass, nickel or chrome plated, depending on the intended use of the finished product.

Medical products are CE marked in compliance with the 93/42/CEE directive and are reusable and re-sterilizable with the different methods currently available.

Custom-made stainless steel needles.

Mainly employed for industrial applications such as: microflames; dispensing of adhesives, drugs, liquid inks, resins, enamels, solvents and paints; decoration of jewels, costume jewels and ceramic.

Hubs are manufactured in OT58 brass, nickel or chrome plated, depending on the intended use of the finished product; needle cannulas are in AISI 304 stainless steel (suitable also for medical products); the hub and cannula assembly is usually caulked. Stainless steel connectors, stopcocks and accessories.

Luer and luer-lock male / female fittings available in different configurations for devices and tubing; straight and curved extensions, tubing-mount adapters; olive-hub fittings; luer connectors for tubings and catheters; 1-way -or more- stopcocks with different fitting combinations. These products are employed in health care and for industrial applications.

 

Custom-made stainless steel tubing, round bars, mandrels and cannulas.

They are available ranging from ø 0.5 mm to ø 5 mm and supplied in different lengths.

Glass syringes.

They are employed in health care and for industrial applications. They are available in different sizes (1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 cc), graduation, and tip styles (luer tip -glass or metal-, metal luer lock tip, central or eccentric tip).

 

Custom-made surgical instruments.

Aspiration cannulas, also teflon coated, available in a range of size and lengths; shut tunnel instruments, retractors, dissectors, surgical pens, rotary cutter trays. RI.MOS. provides OEM manufacturing services supporting the customer from the design stage to the finished product, with a customized service. All crucial manufacturing activities are made within the company with a range of equipment to perform the following processes:
